Midstream changes equate to added expenses, rework, and delays that can compromise success. Each may have information, news, or upcoming plans that can substantially impact your project. That can be a long list - your company executives and sales team, the client paying for the software, their customers and end-users, your development team, and vendors, especially IT staffing agencies.
